Staff was very friendly. Property is very clean but a little out dated. Only issues for us were that our tv didn’t work, room had a very strong floral/cleaner smell, and the curtains didn’t block out the sun. Overall it was good for the price and only staying one night.

Middle of the night OOPS!

I was there for a Dr. Appt. My daughter is blind, she was in her own adjoining room. I left my side of the door propped open in case i was needed. She needed to use the bathroom during the night & got turned around & ended up in my room. Her side of the door automatically shut. There she is stuck in my room without access back into her room. Prior to bed, i showed her the door lock & safety latch. At 2 a.m. im wondering how to get her back to her room knowing I'd locked her up tight. Fortunately the night staff was very helpful in opening up her door for us so she can return to her room. Thank you The Leo Collection night stafffir all tour help.

This place was filthy. There was a bug on our bed. Some type of unidentified objects coming out of the air conditioner. And that was the second room. The first room the sink stopped up. We definitely did not spend the night we left.

This hotel located next to the high way with low other stores near. Hotel do not offer housekeeping even you ask for. Room equipment broken and no bother to fixed or offer room exchange when you asked. The room has extremely strong cleaning detergent small.

Centipede in bathtub

I personally won't stary there again. Train goes right by your room window. Had to ask for coffee and food for breakfast at 7am. Our friend's room had a centipede in their tub. No hair dryer or coffee cups in our room. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room had an upgraded shower, unlike our friend's room. Rooms are small and upgrades are done cheap and poorly done. There are better hotels in the area. Choosing a different one next time.
