Just checked out and had a fantastic stay! The check-in process was super smooth, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. The lobby was spotless, and my room was clean, spacious, and odor-free. I especially enjoyed the pool and other amenities. The free breakfast was a definite bonus. My only minor issue was the bathroom door, which scraped the floor and made a bit of noise when closing. Overall, though, it was a great experience!

We stayed 3 nights & had to change rooms 3 times because the air conditioner either didn’t work or sounded like a locomotive going by. Every room the carpet was filthy and stained! The bathroom floor was dirty and yucky as well. Wouldn’t walk around without shoes, awful! The staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Would not recommend staying here.

The floors in the breakfast room was consistently sticky. A few other spots could have used a little extra attention, but overall the hotel was safe, sanitary and comfortable.

My stay

It was pretty easy to find, the staff greated us & checked us in easily, our room was very nice & clean as well. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and nice. The only issue in the bathroom was that the shower door kept sliding open as i was showering, so i had to put a washrag where it opens to hold it closed which was annoying. Also not enough towels for 2 people, so i had to request more. The pool is kind of small, and the pool room is very hot so we didnt swim long. No hot tub which was disappointing. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets & blanket felt wet, not sure if they had just been laundered. The phone also did not work. I tried to call the lobby from it and it just had a busy tone which was disappointing since I had a question I needed to ask. So I had to look up the number and call off my phone. Breakfast was alright, pretty much what you'd expect from a hotel breakfast. The place seemed clean, hotel staff was friendly, room was nice, and overall we had a great stay. Definitely recommend. They just need to turn the heat down in the pool room and check the shower doors is all.

Staff was very friendly. Property was in a good location to the freeways. Room could use some attention. Missing a coat hanger hook on the wall, HDMI cable was hanging from the TV and broken, hole in the wall of the shower, someone's name was writen on the bathroom wall and lastly there was ants in the dining area that is adjacent to the breakfast serving area. Makes me wonder if the ants got into the breakfast I was eating.
