"Nice hotel, good facilities, but lazy cleaning staff, first day cleaner, just changed towels and half attempted to make bed, next day knocked door at 2.50pm we asked her to come back in 20 mins as we were about to go out, she told us she was finishing at 3.00pm so really had no intention of cleaning our room, just being lazy, they need to educate there staff about customer service "
