From day 1 to departure day, their entire staff, was very accommodating to our entire party! Eating accommodations, special food requests, birthday celebrations, unexpected medical treatments and transportation requests were honored and top notch! Our bell hop, Daron, made the trip seamless and amazing for all of us! We couldn’t thank him enough! The views were also breathtaking! We will definitely be back and staying only at Waves! "
