"The property was beautiful and pretty empty. They stated free transportation to the hotel but be never showed up and the we made another reservation for my brother coming home the next day and they never showed again even after calling them in the morning and reminding them and them reassuring me they would be there but didn’t show show again. Then we asked for transportation to the airport when leaving and they said they only had 9am and 12 but 9 was too early and 12 too late. We waited for a taxi at 11 and they were taking a group I asked what’s up with that and they said oh well we are going to pick someone up so we are taking them. They didnt come clean the room the last day and seamed like they didn’t care . Also they say beach front BUT ITS NOT!!!! It’s a 4 min drive and then a 5-10 min boat ride and they only take you at 10 and 2 and come back at 5 prices were great "

"Hotel basico, no vale lo que se paga. Lo positivo es que las sabanas estaban limpias, pero por lo demas muy por debajo de lo que hay en hoteles del mismo rango de precios. "

"The property was well maintained and very nice layout and landscaping. The rooms were a little small and could use some updating but all in all was adequate. Resort is in a good area to explore up and down the beach for shops and restaurants. Prices were definitely inflated because it is in the middle of a tourist area. Definitely would recommend! "

"The ocean view is beautiful everything outside the hotel was better than the own hotel rooms were out dated some of the stuff was rude overall the food was not so great stuff was repetitive and "

"No complaints other than a coffee maker in the room would be nice. They will not drop you at the ferry, you will have to get a cab for $40. "
