Jumbaktas Hotel

"Great hotel. A little dated but still in good shape. It's super clean, the staff is nice, and the rooms are huge. The breakfast was the weak spot—low quality, cheap ingredients, and not much variety."

"I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two big thumbs up."
