Islander Condo # 301 es una unidad de Bronce con vista al este que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evite los ascensores con fácil acceso a la planta baja y al estacionamiento a través de las escaleras cerca del condominio. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina ha sido renovada recientemente con nuevos gabinetes, placa para salpicaduras de azulejos y encimeras de granito, y está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas en un banco rural, o relájese en la sala de estar para ver. El televisor de 42 ”con reproductor de DVD y acceso a cable digital. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

If I had one negative comment, and ONLY ONE, it is the quality of the blankets provided...they were a strange texture and very stiff and uncomfortable, almost like Styrofoam. Other than that our family had an amazing time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in august and it was a great rental. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I know some people won’t mind that tho. Also take in to consideration that it is the room furthest from the elevator but the steps are right outside the room. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4, and pretty sure we couldn’t have survived without the washer & dryer that was in the unit. Allan doing the daily beach service was great, and always greeted you by name in the am. We spent our days at the beach, and evenings eating seafood and taking in the sunsets. The ONLY complaint we would have is, better grills outside. Other than that, keep it up! We can’t wait to return.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience - everything was clean and ready for guest. Unit is a great location. Only complaint is trash situation at the complex - something needs to be done about handling of trash before the 4th of July as I can imagine the complex fills up. The trash piling up outside of the bin area on the ground caused a stinch - could not throw trash down chute as it was backed up. The smell was not very pleasant walking out the door.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit 2 years ago and had a pleasant experience and that is why we decided to stay in this unit again. We did notice however that this unit appeared a lot more "worn" and out of date. The carpet needs to be replaced. We had other family members stay in 4 other condos the same week. They were night and day nicer than the one we stayed in for the same price. We are likely to book a different unit if we return to this area.

Husband found the screen in the kitchen window wasn't in good and was able to fixed it. Would rather have had a room closer to the elevator since my 71 year old husband brought his golf clubs and had to carry them up and down the stairs. Next time I'll check before booking. My bad. Not the best ocean view on the end and not high enough. Shower track in master bathroom needs some maintenance. Had difficulty with the TV in the Livingroom.

Family Spring Break

We are a busy family of 5 and in dire need of some rest and relaxation. We definitely got it! Loved the location, the condo was just right and had all the right things. We will definitely stay again!!

A Relaxing Trip For Hubby

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in excellent condition and was exactly what my husband and I needed for a relaxing getaway. The only issue we had which others may possibly have was not anything the owners or complex did wrong. We like to sleep in a meat locker at night so we usually keep our air conditioning at 65 but this one was locked at 69. Also I did not notice in the pictures when we rented that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms which made it necessary to use portable fans at night. I use to come to The Islander with a group of exchange students in the 1990's and knew the location and view were perfect for my husbands first visit.
