We had an amazing time! The condo was perfect for our trip. My only complaint is the back sliding door doesn’t lock, so we had to stay on top of my 2 year old who could open it and go on the balcony. I also think there needs to be a broom added to the room because we could only find a vacuum. I loved the guest book and reading other people’s experiences. We’d definitely come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The chairs on the balcony are not good. They were short and you could not look out over the balcony. They look to be old. Everything else was great. The view was great staff was great. Only negative is when you rent the beach chairs they pick them up at 5:00 .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have stayed at The Sterling Sands now for the third time (first time in 12 years) The staff at the front desk and the maintenance crew was very nice and helpful. The person that you have guarding the pool was very rude and disrespectful. The chair rental staff was awful and disrespectful. The condo was clean but needs to be updated: balcony furniture is old and rusty, both bedroom mattresses are worn out. I will not be back to Destin because of the Beach Chair Rental Policies.
