The front desk worker was inconsiderate and inflexible. We requested a handicap accessible room at the time of the reservation. At check-in, it wasn't available, but we were told it would be later. When we returned, a different person said there was only a king bed room (There were 4 of us) and it would be $300. We stepped away to discuss if we could afford a second room. Deciding we didn't have much choice, we told her ok. She then said the total would be $385! We had talked for less than 5 minutes and the room price had gone up! We explained a person in our party had Parkinson's, a recently amputated toe and using a mobility scooter, Zero consideration- just a "too bad" attitude. We made the original room work with difficulty. Also, the tub caulking was cracked and looked moldy and the air conditioner was very loud. The only bright spot was a very helpful housekeeping staff member.

This place should.be in the hood in some inner city. Deplorable. Room stank so bad i had to put car freshner on the AC unit. Parking lot has holes the size of the grand canyon. Fillthy carpets. Paint peeling in room. Breakfast had expired yogurt and stale cereal. I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful, our room smelled a little musty, and we were able to hear the people in the room above us. I’ve never been in a hotel before where I could actually hear people walking above me. The breakfast was the same both mornings, it would’ve been nice if there was something different our second morning. also, I noticed holes in our sheets on our last night

Don't stay here! You have been warned.

Upon entering the hotel we noticed a horrible musty, moldy smell. We were told it was the laundry room, however the entire place smelled like this. The elevator to our room was dirty and smelled like puke. The hallways reeked liked mold and our room was the same. The TV was barely working, the fridge was so iced over it was hard to put things into it and the microwave, clean but broken. The bed was in older condition with body divots on both sides of the king bed. The shower was in need of cleaning as it had started to form pink slim on the edges, the carpet needs shampooing and so does the red chair. Overall, this hotel is gross. I have never been so excited to leave a hotel room as I was this one. I will never stay at this hotel again.
