Rude customer service along with manager. They did not let me change or cancel booking due to a car accident. I booked on same day and they would not even modify the dates instead they penalized and unwilling to work with me. Will not recommend if you can't even get past guest service.

This was a great hotel. But the management could be better. Our Organization booked several rooms at this lication that weekend. One of our performers was in a very bad and horrific accident. It was on the news and in the paper. We posted videos and pictures of the victims. A head on collision and they would not refund for that room. So sad that a hotel that would not do this after a bad accident and took away from a nonprofit organization. The staff was great but the management and owners were horrible. We never ran into something like this before. Im just glad noone was killed but our performer was injured badly and after a week is still in the hospital and has a long recovery ahead. We will probably use another hotel for years to come due to this incident.

I was going to be arriving way later than my original time and was 6 hours after check in time. I tried to call the hotel probably 12 times to inform the staff of my late arrival and make sure I’d still have a room. They never answered the phone. When I got to the hotel to check in, there were 2 people working the front desk. No explanation as to why they couldn’t answer.

Just what we needed

Stayed for the Iowa State Fair with the family. The employees were always working hard and available if needed. We found the room clean, comfortable, and very accommodating for our needs. It was also a convenient location for all the things we did while in town.

Good: Room very clean, comfortable bed and good location. Breakfast good, but needs to add bacon. Casey's within walking distance. Bad: Given wrong room at check-in then ask to provide proof of room reserved. TV not working properly. Light we parked under was out. Drop in plug to hot tub nearly impossible to get out. We would stay here again ,but not in the same room.

Family Getaway- Successful/relaxing

Rooms were clean, breakfast was always fresh and they kept the hot tray full. They had many varieties of food selections. Pool was spacious and perfect depth for kids. Hot tub was even better and kept at a perfect temperature. There was always someone at the desk and was very helpful with all our needs. Wifi is available and smart tv was available in our room for streaming access. We stayed 2 nights and they were the most comfortable and peaceful nights staying away from home. Very close to multiple attractions and shopping centers. We will definitely be returning in the future for our family trips!

Great experience

The hotel stay was amazing and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. The only downfall is that the breakfast options are the basic options at most hotels but it was still good. I would definitely stay here again.
