"When you walk into the hotel, it looks like a five star resort. Very bar area, snack section, indoor and out door pool, a nice gym and a game room for all ages. The rooms are nice with a few exceptions. We had two rooms and both rooms came with two queen beds. Everyone in our group stated the same thing, the beds were hard and very uncomfortable. There was a chair and table so the others had to sit on their bed. There was a narrow balcony but it didn't have any chairs to enjoy the cool mornings and evenings. When we first arrived in our room, the air wasn't even turned on or the mini fridge. Now for the outside of the hotel and surrounding area. This hotel is not situated in a good area. Homeless people everywhere and camping out on the side and behind the hotel (not to mention seeing shooting up). I would not feel safe letting my kids walk around anywhere outside. The good news is there is a Walmart and several fast food restaurants near by."

"No coffee maker or microwave in the room. Horrible breakfast for the price range. Had to pay for parking. Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Bed was good. The cons outweigh the pros for me, so I won’t stay at one again"

"Everything went well with check in but we were awakened early in the morning by loud construction noises right above our room! A very unpleasant wake-up call! The complimentary breakfast was nothing to brag about either. The buffet was out of many items and this was over an hour before the end of breakfast service."

"No microwave in my room. No bathroom exhaust fan. Thermostat would not go from cool to heat, only temp up and down, causing it to be very humid in our room, poor ventilation in our room, had to sleep with tiny window open listening to police sirens and gun shots all night. Valet attendant was very pushy about getting my car keys, even when we were just trying to load vehicle and leave. 57 dollars is outrageous for parking."
