Comfortable home

We stayed for 4 days with our adult children and 2 grandchildren for a nephew’s wedding. The house was clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive.

Great for our family

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The home was large enough and a great location for our needs. The owners had a variety of activities in the home, including pool table, air hockey, fooseball table, etc. that kept the kiddos entertained. We enjoyed the space and we have plans to rent again.

Highly recommend

The host was very communicative and helpful. The home is spacious, equipped with great amenities for our teens - pool table, PS2, ping pong, knock hockey, foos ball. They didn’t want to go anywhere with us because the house was so fun. Clean and well stocked with the basics. We will stay again when we return to the area. Highly recommended!

Labor Day Stay

Owner went out of his way to accomodate us. we had two Pack 'n' Plays, a high chair and a stroller (we only requested the high chair and one pack 'n' play). He had paddles and balls shipped so we could play ping pong.

Great house for a family

We had a great time at this house. We had two families but one with little ones. The setup was perfect for a broad range of ages. We had 5 under 6 years of age which is young but for those in that upper range, there were plenty of toys and games there to satisfy them. The kitchen was well appointed. Better than other homes we have been in in the past. Beds were comfortable. Two living areas to be able to visit. We would have loved to have more outdoor space but the whole neighborhood was designed with pretty limited outdoor space. The porch/deck area was outside and used a lot. Just not a good area to play catch or kick a ball. The overall space made up for the desire to kick a ball. We could go to a park for that.

Lost All Money Due to Historic Snow Storm

We were going to fly in from San Diego to Denver for Christmas. Despite the snowstorm that shut down all airports for days the owner would not give us any credit. I do not recommend staying at a home like this with these types of refund policies.

Business Vacation

Beautiful property with a great location. Upon arrival everything was great with an easy check in process. After entering the house and reading the binder with check in/ checkout, and rules inside It states that furniture is only rated for people up to 200 lbs. After noticing that we then see that it’s posted on furniture as well as the toilets in the house. No where on the listing before booking does It have weight restrictions or I would have never booked the house as the average man weighs over 200 and it’s very offensive and hurtful to see that. Overall this would have been a great house to stay at if It wasn’t for some of the ridiculous rules and the offensive weight limit signs.

Picture don’t even come close to how gross this property was

This property was very dirty. The bathrooms were covered in black hair upon arrival and the entire family continued to find this hair on towels and bedding. I was just unpacking and this mystery hair followed me home. It was disgusting. One the first night half my family was locked out of the house because the screen door lock is broken. The home owner attempted to fix the lock with black tape and the tape slipped leaving my family locked outside at 10pm. Thankfully we muscled the door open for them. The property manager did offer to send someone but we found more tape so good luck to the next group because I highly doubt this will be fixed. Also the homeowner has locked the garage which doesn’t bother me but they have clear evidence of an active leak. Lastly, the house was covered in dust. Every room has a standing fan which is COVERED in dust. I was on FaceTime with someone and they even noticed the dust! GROSS. I was beyond disappointed and I’m grateful my family were troopers because this house was disgusting. Oh and the stairs are incredibly dangerous.

We had 6 friends from different cities all meet to attend an event in Thornton. The house was just what we wanted. Many other friends chose to stay in hotels and our experience was so much better. The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The location was central to entertainment and venues. The host was responsive to our questions and we had a great stay.

Great for family gathering

Our extended family stayed here and celebrated Thanksgiving. We had a nice amount of room to spread out. It's a great location to go out exploring Denver and surrounding areas. The communication wirh host was awesome and they were very responsive when we had a problem with the keypad , even though it was a holiday.

Family time!

The house is great for a large family! The communication between the host and me was above and beyond! The host offered to set up a baby bed for my grandson before we arrived based on the ages I had put in my booking. The house is comfortable and very clean! I enjoyed picking peaches and grapes in the backyard with the grandkids!
