Located in a lovely and quiet section of patio homes with mature trees lining an oval walking area, this artsy, clean and bright house is incredibly well situated.
There is so much nearby: popular restaurants, fast food, a fantastic library with a large childrens section, a new hospital, grassy play areas and playgrounds, hiking trails, dog parks and picnic spots everywhere. Inside, a gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere blending the spacious kitchen, dining and living areas which is ideal for cooking and dinng together with friends inside or outside. Artsy touches throughout. Step outside to the cozy "secret garden" patio with outdoor string lights and a second yard with grass to play on (and a sandbox and some outdoor play toys). A firepit is ideally situated to feel cozy and offer plenty of seating. Upstairs are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (master and 2 other) and a spacious loft offers a bonus room for an additional guest(s), or to sit and enjoy a light place to read and relax.
