Expedia placed me in the wrong hotel with a different room. The room worked for us, just needed the bathtub in the room that I had booked for my two babies. Nothing Residence could have controlled. Just know to double verify my booking prior. All it really did was extend travel, and we didn’t get the bathtub. Other wise enjoyable.

This is in a convenient and safe area with stores and restaurants within a couple miles. The front desk staff were very nice. Especially the afternoon/evening staff. The breakfast was great, a large variety to choose from. The coffee was ok, not great. There were a couple things that I felt the hotel could have improved. The pool was nice and clean but the water was cold. When I made staff aware, the reply was, “oh yes a broiler stopped working.” We were not made aware on check in. That’s one of the reasons we chose this establishment. We only had warm showers in the morning and the water did not get very hot during that time. It took a very long time for the sink water to get warm. The laundry facilities were clean but one of the dryers kept stopping and finally stopped and did not dry my clothes. I made the desk staff aware but got little response. Our room got skipped a few days of cleaning but that could have been a language barrier and I had to keep asking for clean towels. Overall, we would stay here again.
