Dean was wonderful to work with, made check in very easy and had great communication. Everything inside and out on the deck was beautiful and in great condition. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck enjoying the view. It was great location, close to downtown Golden and a great place to stay when going to Red Rocks! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property. Beautiful views of the mountains, completely updated, close to downtown Golden and a short drive to Red Rocks made our visit the best. Such a great place to stay in Golden! The condo was beautiful and clean with great mountain view’s from the patio. It was the perfect location! We were able to enjoy concert at red rocks, beautiful long hikes, local breweries, and restaurants. All with only a short drive. Within walking distance to downtown Golden. Would definitely return:)

Perfect Landing Spot for Visiting Colleges for a Couple of Days!

We brought our boys to visit School of Mines and CU Boulder, and this was the perfect landing spot. So easy to get to all of the fun of Golden, and the school. We used all 3 of the comfortable beds, and even though we didn't use the kitchen, it was very well-equipped. I also appreciated the great communication with the actual owners!
