You won’t have to go far to enjoy the CO sunshine since you will have the perfect space in the backyard complete with a high end hot tub, yard games and an outdoor dining space!

This is a brand new listing hosted by experienced, local Superhosts! This is a chic and spacious single family house that you will have to yourself and can feel like home as you explore Colorado. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest to ensure your safety and comfort. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to spread out and have privacy during your stay. There is a stylish open living room upstairs with floor to ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there is a large dining table as well as counter seating to gather all together. Every morning you can spoil yourself with the luxurious robes provided or a pour over batch of coffee in the Chemex. Then head to the large, private backyard that is waiting for you to enjoy. Whether that means a soak in the hot tub or a friendly game of corn hole, you won’t have to go far to relax and unwind! You will even have distant views of the Denver skyline from the back porch as you take advantage of the outdoor dining space. We recommend making it a point to check this out in the evening!
