The Parigata Resort and Spa was great! We stayed in the family room one night before heading over to Nusa Penida. They promptly addressed any needs we had as well as arranged drivers. They even held our bags for free while we were in Nusa Penida. Twin beds in the room were very comfortable. The king bed was a little stiff and possibly an older bed. If there were any room for improvement, I would say a more comfortable sitting chair and more pest (bug) control options.

Relatively modern but still has traditional structure and feel. Pool area is great and the breakfast is very varied and has healthy options. Easy to walk to the beach and the main road.

The location was excellent just next door to Maya so access to the beach is easy. At this time though the gang access from Parigata was closed andunder construction so we just walked next door to thebeach from Maya. All staff were excellent, from reception to Jack taking our bags and to Luh at the restuarant. Location is excellent. See you next time.

Excellent value

Good position between beach and street with restaurants, convenience store and laundry service. Older Bali charm with a grand entrance, water features and lovely gardens. FRIENDLY staff. Excellent masseuse. Mainly clean, comfortable bed and linen. Outside chairs were not comfortable. Only 22 sun lounges for 36 rooms.

Overnight crash pad on way to candi dasa

Nice hotel located close to shopping and the beach. Also Walking distance to nice restaurants. Was lucky enough to be located on ground floor. Property has no lift.

They allotted as 212 room and we found bed bugs after one days..worst experience..even though location is near beach..this experience made us sad..dodnt expect a four star hotel like this..the property is also bit run down looked old..after we complain they provide us another room and offered massage to us..but still i request ppl to chk the room ..bed, headboard clearly before accept the room..it was infested with bed bugs fully..surely this is not first time they are having this issue..that much infestations it had

I really liked this resort. The staff are delightful and helpful. The grounds and pool area is lush and tropical. They put on entertainment some nights which was a real bonus. The restaurant was very reasonable and food good for a good price. The biggest negative was the WiFi is barely functional. We had staff in the room multiple times and for a hour at a time trying to fix the issue. It still remained intermittent and slow after a lot of effort on their part. Still like this resort regardless.

Every staff member is very attentive and friendly. Beautiful tropical paradise around the pool and the lobby area is very nice. The beach is a very short walk with access to restaurants and shopping. This is a great place to stay.
