Good location, easy to find, near to freeway-but not noisy at all. Great breakfast with very helpful wait staff (gave me a hot chocolate to go!) Room was spacious and quiet, in spite of windy conditions outside.

It took 4 tries to get into my room at 11pm. The door lock was not working correctly. Then it did the same thing and locked me out as I was loading out to leave. Not accetable.

I am so sorry to hear all the challenges you had with your door lock. You are correct it was not acceptable. I have spoken to my maintenance manager and his team to see what the issue was and why it was so difficult to resolve.
