Room wasn't clean. Dirty dishes inside the refrigerator; the outside of the coffee pot was dusty and gummy, there were an old pair of socks on the floor between the bed and the wall.

Room was clean and nice but my wife had asked for me a handicap accessible room. I’m a bilateral Below the Knee Amputation and it was obvious when I checked in because I wear shorts all the time so they are easy to notice. The beds wear too high and I had a difficult time getting into them. Also the toilet did not have any handicap accessible bars to assist me in getting in and out of toilet. I had asked the lady at the check in counter when I first checked in but she something like it’s not available or they don’t have any. It should state that at time of reservation so I can look for an alternative place to rent from.

Hotel has seen some better days, it’s old and dated. As soon as I opened my room it smelled old and musty, but then your senses adjust after a while. But then again all a weary traveler needs is Clean room and Clean sheets, Plenty of Towels, and Cold AC and this hotel delivered all 3. Hopefully this hotel can get the renovations it needs.

The staff was so friendly. We took a room because the freeway was closed due to weather, so did a lot of people. The staff all took the extra load of guests in stride and had terrific attitudes everyone was well taken care of. A special shout out to the bar tender who had a bar full of folks and just herself waiting on everyone.

We needed a plunger for the toilet and it took over 2 hours for someone to bring one to the room. We have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. There was a big sand storm so things were very dusty but can’t blame the property for that. Little out dated
