I especially like the front desk Service with our check in with Mikayla, she always makes me feel welcome. It’s this outstanding customer service that makes me want to come back every time! This is my new favorite spot in Deming, room was super clean. Breakfast was hot and good. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

The room was clean enough, like clean sheets and beds but the bathroom and floor felt minimal effort. I’m unsure if that’s just the age of the hotel , but I didn’t want to bath my kid in the bath kinda deal. The elevator was also super out dated and felt borderline unsafe to be in.

DO NOT stay here. The room was so dirty, the hallway was dirty. The bathroom had hair and dirt in the corner and tub. The towels had holes in them. Over all one of the worst grossing rooms ever!!

The coffee is watered down - I got a cup and spit it out immediately - made another cup and it was awful - asked the front desk about it and was told the owner said they were using too many coffee grounds and they made it that way on purpose - good grief : ( So I went across the street and paid for a cup of good coffee at the gas station.

Micaela checked us in and she was so friendly and did an awesome job greeting us! However, ice machine not working on our floor, refrigerator in our room not working in our room and the TV control box in our room was hanging “wonky” on the wall where we had to hold it to change channels.
