Extremely outdated. Fabrics harbor unpleasant odors, so the carpeting and curtains should go. Quite a disappointment for the price and the 5 hour drive in search of some cooler temps. Left as early as I possibly prior to checkout.

What a treat!

Very helpful staff with a late check due to flight deays. Super cool cabin. The porch off the bedroom is built into a tree so it was like a tree house and the birds were all around. Fantastic spot. Total gem. The location in Gila National Forest was perfect!! Cliff dwellings, Grapevine hikes are in the area. Then off to Catwalk. I had everything I needed. Comfortable and plenty of space. I'd stay here again 100%.

Gorgeous location with a homely feel. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with things to see and do. Lovely gift shop on site as well. Would have loved to stay here longer.

We had a wonderful weekend there. The staff we dealt with all weekend was great. Unfortunately the lady at check out on Monday was rather rude and left a bitter end to an otherwise great trip.

All was amazing! I did stay an extra day in another cabin and was also amazing! Heater or fireplace to stay warm. Hiking, wilderness, peaceful. The 3 female staff members were nice and pleasant.

My whole family had the perfect retreat at cabin number 7. We were allowed to bring our dog for an additional cost and purchase firewood on site for a cozy fire in the rock fireplace on a snowy day. We stayed three nights and enjoyed visiting Silver City and the surroundings Gila National Park. It’s just far enough out of town to feel like you are in the country. The grounds are pleasant with pines all around. The cabin is unique with nice log accents. The kitchen is moderately stocked but if you are planning on making meals, you might want to bring some cooking pots. Stairs to the bedrooms are steep.

The cabins are really cozy and the property is fun to explore! Before you rent consider the size of your vehicle as the road to cabin 3 has some tight turns for large trucks. The patio was a favorite to animal watch, lots of birds and squirrels! It is a half mile from the old opera house and saloon, a great place to have a cocktail and a delicious dinner, reservations recommended because it gets busy!
