"The rooms were clean, but when we arrived, there was hair in the room that was clearly not mine. I noticed other people’s hair, and I was disgusted by it. The staff were okay, and the whole building was gorgeous, so I enjoyed that. The breakfast was delicious. Sadly, we didn’t have time to use the pool, but hopefully next time we can. Overall, I would give it an 8 out of 10."

"RaQuan did a great job working with me to get the right handicap room. My right foot is amputated so I need a “roll-in-shower” room with a seat and a removable shower head. The Day Shift did a great job reserving the right room too. The room and hotel is amazing. It’s just tucked into a weird spot. It seemed safe though."

"Check in was fast, A/C did not work in first room, was moved to another with no hassle...A/C in second room worked but was loud, bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was mediocre at best...no waffles or pancakes, apple juice didn't work till the last day of stay, no milk for 2 days but yet still put out cereal, tried the eggs the first day and they were wet and mushy, only one toaster available for a 7 story hotel that is not acceptable.....for the price it is a decent hotel...."
