5-star, Upscale, Luxurious Remodeled, Privately-owned Oceanview/Intercoastal 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 6 condo in The Sand Dollar Condominium in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. This 1000 SF unit boasts picturesque views of the beautiful Daytona Beach from the extra large private balcony. Unit faces South with fabulous unobstructed 90 Degree shoreline views from east to west. View the sunrise from the living room and the master bedroom balcony access. Large heated pool overlooks the ocean and gets sun most of the day. Unit sleeps 6. Master bedroom has king size bed, master bath and walk in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed, guest bath with tub and shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Loved being that close to the ocean. The space was clean and nice layout . Had some small hiccups with the checking in process and a few other things , but nothing major ! Loved having our own parking spot ! The beach access was closed and the pool opened up the day we left , but we knew ahead of time about the pool but didn’t realize no beach access. It was a small walk and not bad at all . Would definitely stay here again .

The condo was good but NO POOL or Jacuzzi and NO access to beach from condo you have to go down the street to get to beach. The condo manager has a real attitude when she is there. Hard to get in and get the keys you need

construction noise

Was not informed that the building wss under construction Monday-Friday. The drilling noise started at 8am till 5pm. One elevator was under repair.

The management company was great. Everything was pretty good except for not having a pool and hot tub which has been down for some time now 2 years actually, or since the hurricane. I was not told that was not in working order. They had over 6 months to inform me or even change the listing. That was the reason for our vacation is having a hot tub, pool and relaxation. We didn't get that but we did get an ocean full of jellyfish . Very disappointing. Other than that place was great. I still do love Daytona.
