Staff was fine! For $1700.0 for 3 nights was right out ridiculous. First room had blood all over the comforter, curtains, bathroom door and the lamp shade had blood and mold (I have pictures) the room smelt so bad it was unbearable. The 2nd room was cleaner but rooms are very run down. No bolts on the door, chain was just hanging with no lock. Middle of night was woken up to someone jiggling my door knob. Did not feel safe here at all. I understand raising prices due to the Daytona 500 race but for over $500.00 a night was just uncalled for especially when the rooms are old and smelly. Was afraid to lean on the balcony railing because it moved and was all rusted. Went for a walk on the beach and when I returned there was homeless men sleeping up against where the entrance was to the hotel. Made coffee in the room and the creamers were so old it just broke apart in pieces because it was so hard. It would be bearable if the price wasn't over $500.00 a night. Just can't believe we paid that for what we got.

Upon checking staff was very kind and helpful. That was the most positive thing I can say about the motel. It was very rundown, poor condition door latch broken to lock door, holes under balcony door had to plug the hole with plastic bag, my sons balcony door actually fell off so he had to put door pins back in to close door, very Very dirty carpet and floor very tore up and stains Didn’t take my socks off to walk throught room, my little son wanted to sleep in rental car rather then in the room, We didnt put anything luggage on the floor due to condition, The sheets were clean though, the pool wasn’t able to be used due to a water safety and cleaning issue for our stay, did have a good view of the beach though. complementary breakfast was lacking we did not use due to motel cleanliness. Coffee machine was a powdered water machine in front lobby/desk. Overall would advise anyone to stay anywhere else it is in bad shape. The online pictures did not show what poor shape the motel had in store for us, we had booked these rooms months in advance so all hotels near the area were booked and or were very high priced as in 500 a night, I just hope to let people know this motel is in very bad shape! It was a big bummer for our family trip.

The light in the room did not work only one little lamp for light. The hotel is overall dirty and dingy. Biggest issue for me was the very weak water pressure. The shower head was cheap and very poor quality. Water poured out the tub spout but the shower end came out like a trickle. The quality of workmanship was poor. You could tell they really did not care. No TV guide or wifi was provided either. Hard to find much about it that would qualify as "Quality" other than the name.

Room had drywall, no outlet covers,lamp didnt work,phone didnt work, cold draft through door. Dresser dirty. Staff was not answering phone when i called to let them know, manger seems to never be in the office as ive callled dauly and emailed and have not received a response yet. Horrible service!! This wasnt my first stay at this hotel but will be my last!!!!!!

First off . . . the door to my room wouldn't close. Had to practically slam it shut before the dead bold would work, 2) There were no sign to let staff know it wasn't ready to clean, thus they knocked on the door ALL the time!! 3) The power in the bathroom didn't work. 4) No ventilation in the bathroom. No fan, steamy bathroom all the time. 5) No furniture (chairs, couch) to sit on. Had to sit on the beds. 6) Speaking of furniture, the desk chair was very old. Wouldn't roll properly and was cracked. 7) Breakfast was a joke. Not worth eating. Overall, the business was extremely run down and very noisy. 2 out of 5 starts is pushing it for me.

Slow check in. First room tv and fridge did not work. They moved us to another room- tv worked but fridge did not work. Had to wait 1 hour for maintenance to bring a fridge from another room. Cont breakfast was poor, one waffle maker -timer did not work. Very noisy , several homeless people hanging out in front of hotel.

This "hotel" is so run down it is sad. I would rate it a half star if possible. The toilet in our room was attached to the floor on a slant so bad that the water in the bowl was askew. The shower head almost came off the wall when I tried to adjust it. That was while I was waiting almost 5 minutes for warm water. The furniture looks like it came from the thrift store, most of it obviously damaged, and yet they take a $100 damage deposit from you when you check in. Laughable. $118 for this room. Ridiculous. This place should be condemned. Will NOT stay again.

This hotel/motel needs to be closed. From wood rot on the bathroom door, to the smell of old carpet to no phone in the room no internet and mold in the coffee maker and a visit from a from a roach. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90s. The best thing about the room was the ocean view. Very disappointed!
