Good, moderate place to stay

Fairfield Inn was a nice moderately priced place to stay. The breakfast was good, our room was comfortable. TV stations were pretty limited and the way they had streaming set up was a pain. But, I would stay there again if I were in the area.

This hotel is nowhere near the $238 I paid for one night. The wallpaper is coming off the walls, the TVs didn't work right, and neither does the wireless. The room is not a one bedroom suite as described in the website, there are stains on the wall and on the shower curtain, and rust stains around the floor. Very disappointing, I will be requesting a refund

Staff is incredible

The staff was amazing. We saw Dawn every morning at breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so cheerful. Tiffany at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful.

Thankful Family

Thankful we were able to get a room here at the last minute. From our check-in to our extended stay has been pleasant. Hotel and room was clean. Staff was great, very professional, cordial and empathic to our needs. Breakfast was great. Overall our accommodations and stay were excellent. We'll use this hotel again. Thank you.

Sleepy in springfield

The only complaint we have is there was a dog across the hall that barked quite a lot, we would have liked to have been told that our room was near a dog. We would have requested to be moved

The staff are amazing there! I have stayed there several times when going to care for my elderly mother-in-law. When I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and excitement as if I was family. One other guy in the lobby even commented, "I need to stay here more often" to which the staff member responded "She's family now!"

Clean, comfortable room. Bathroom good. Pool good. Breakfast was especially good. Friendly, helpful staff. Only disappointment was to learn upon checkout that they charge $3.00 parking fee. That was a surprise and unusual for a motel outside of a major downtown area. This is nickel-and-dime stuff. Happily, the front desk offered to reverse it.
