Excellent- 10 out of 10!! We stayed on a Sat. The location was prefect. We were able to walk to the event & not a long walk. We decided to check out the night life after the event & walk around. We had a great time. Stompbox food was very good! He provided clear and precise instructions for parking & how to get in the bldg and loft. It was very clean & provided everything you could need to stay. He even has ear plugs next to the beds, in the event you feel the pubs are too loud. We never heard anything, so we didn't need them! If you drive a larger vehicle, you're probably going to want to just park in the parking lot. It's tight parking at the loft. The parking lot is just across the street so it's not far at all. All in all, it's a cool place to stay & Tim was an excellent host!

Fantastic loft with an industrial, but very comfy vibe and TONS of space! This building is our go to when we find ourselves passing through the Quad Cities. Fun neighborhood with great eats and great beers right outside your door.

The dining room table was close to falling apart. The legs were loose and the table was very unstable. Both couches were tattered and torn. The lamps in the living room were rickety and in disrepair. The entertainment center where the TV was had large sections of wood cut out of it, and it was an eyesore. There were no television sets in either of the bedrooms. The ceiling fans did not work properly and you had to stand on the bed and pull the chains with the wall switches not working or wired to the ceiling fans. The air conditioning unit is very loud and they’re very loud dripping noises coming from it. The worst part of the stay was the incredible amount of noise from the restaurant beside and below this room. The distance you have to carry your luggage is incredible. The parking is often unavailable and created an even longer distance to carry luggage. I will never stay at the lofts again.

Such a great space! I think it’s even better than advertised! It’s in a very convenient location near restaurants and breweries. Great host communication as well! Would 100% stay again if I’m in the area!!

Great location close to river and restaurants

The apartment was very clean, fully stocked kitchen and 2 full sized bathrooms. There was a bit of street noise but not enough to interrupt a good night sleep. Great family time in the Quad Cities

Love the Loft!

The loft was perfect place for my husband and I and our friends to stay for a weekend away. The property is located close to the River Center, which served our trip well. Tim was great with communication and an excellent host. Smooth sailing with check-in/check-out processes. Highly recommend!

The BEST place to stay in Davenport!

If you’re searching for a place to stay in downtown Davenport, look no further! The Nelson Lofts are incredible. Tim provided me with rapid responses to questions I had ahead of check in. He was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. Upon entering this loft I was taken aback by the amount of space this loft provides. The level of cleanliness and comfort here are second to none. The surrounding area is exactly where you want to be-close to everything and also quiet. The views of the river from the rooftop are breathtaking. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure in this building. I almost don’t want to post such a positive review bc I don’t want these lofts to be sold out next time I plan a visit here! I’ll never book a stay with anyone else. Highly recommend whether traveling alone or with family or friends! Absolute 5 stars all around!

Out of town wedding

I booked this unit for a 2 night stay for our family of 5 adults. It was so nice to all be together in one large space rather than separate (and more expensive) hotel rooms. The unit was clean, with plenty of space to hangout and watch TV or gather around the kitchen table. The location is walking distance to RiverCenter.and many bars and restaurants.
