House is on 3 acres with private lake access with a boat dock and swim platform directly on the lake. Hot Tub, Upper Deck/Porch, and fire ring overlooking the lake. Public boat launch less than a mile away. Rent boats at the nearby marina. 30 minutes from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg. Pets allowed with pet fee.
