Excellent hotel

stranded from Florida after car accident awaiting a tow truck that never showed sat at dealership in another town and no hotels available had yo drive an hour away to Dandridge TN from Lenior City TN checked in with Penny who was so accommodating got a shower and good night sleep accommodations were excellent hotel was immaculate compared to previous hotel from funeral in Knoxville. Continental breakfast was awesome...found a church went to church no dealership or rental car was open till Monday had to stay a second night. Lora and Melissa were just as accommodating, kind, professional and knowledgeable.

Overall it was good for the price. The toilet looked like it was going to overflow every time but it never did! The gym was two items. A treadmill and spin bike. The room was clean and the smell of the cleaner was overpowering as you first walk in.

The property was clean the staff were friendly and kind. My only issue was our air conditioner/heater unit knob was not working however I did not alert anyone to this I just let I blow all night. I am confident if I would have they would have addressed it
