This house is spacious, has a large backyard, and private parking. The house is located in Dallas, only 10 minutes from downtown, making it ideal for those who enjoy activities and nightlife. You’ll be just 16 minutes from Parkland Hospital, 12 minutes from UTSW, and 15 minutes from Baylor and Medical City hospitals. Additionally, this location provides easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants.
