The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
Every room in the house makes you feel comfortable and stylish. The decor is European Chic and plays around with different colors and fabrics. Vibrant colors improve your mood, eye-catching paintings and statues add an extra level of style.
Our living room is perfect for movies, games, or drinks. The dining room is gorgeously furnished and fits a large group's dinners.
The kitchen features new appliances. It’s big enough to make cooking fun, let everyone help out, and NEVER have too many cooks in the kitchen. No matter how hungry you all are, the dining room is big enough to eat in.
Each bedroom features a different sleeping arrangement. So no matter if your trip filled with bachelors and bachelorettes, couples, or a family, you are well-equipped.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 43" smart TV, and a full en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed - perfect for a whole family.
The third bedroom has a queen bed.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed as well.
The large fifth bedroom also has two bunk beds and another queen bed.
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
Our back yard is spacious and safe, perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set. Oh, and did we mention the grand pool and boiling hot Jacuzzi yet?
The garage + driveway can easily fit 4 cars, and rest assure there is plenty of free parking available on the street.
Guest Access:
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. Just north of Dallas, your immediate neighborhood has everything you need to have a laid back experience. You are just a few minutes away from great restaurants, dry cleaning, movie theaters, and Dallas’s popular Willow-bend mall.
All necessities you need are less than five minutes away so you don’t burn valuable time in your day to day activities. Whenever you decide to head to downtown Dallas (25 minutes away) you can focus on getting to know the city and having fun.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★
Our fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Thank you kindly.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
