I parked in the same handicap parking the whole time I was here. They don’t supply facial tissues or any sundries. There isn’t an offering of extra small things one might need if forgotten. The carpet outside of the elevator on the second floor stays horribly dirty. Housekeeping is very loud knocking on doors at 9am! The guys at the front desk are very pleasant, kind & helpful. They are dog friendly however the grounds are not areas friendly to walk your dogs. You have to walk them in other areas down the road. It’s really nice to have a Starbucks two doors down. The coffee here is really bad! All in all I kept to myself and had my peace.

Needed a place to stay close to DFW. They gave me an upper room when I requested. (Usually I get allergies satying in ground floor.) The only thing I noticed was upstairs there was a strong smoke smell. But not in the actual room. Carpet just by the elevator was dirty but that was the only spot

The room, facilities and surrounding areas were pretty good. They have a kind and gentle staff. The only thing is that the room had a weird smell like humidity. Besides that everything was pretty well.
