I was given a suite that had an adjoining room that was looked. The problem was the person in the adjoining room was up all night, I could hear her talking and see the light shining in from under the door. It sounded like she was in the room with me. I put a towel down to block the light and noise but it didn’t really work

The hotel is clean, modern, visually attractive. The desk clerks (especially Nelly) went out of their way to be helpful. Also, very convenient to DFW, which was very helpful when we had a 7:00 am flight on the day we departed.

Great stay-clean-convenient-spacious
Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and very spacious, breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only thing to note is the beds are on the firmer side and they should look at replacing the pillows as all of our were very flat and didn't offer much support. Both small issues but worth mentioning.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had some issue with printing a boarding pass and they were most resourceful in suggestions and assistance to fix the problem. They also were helpful in assuring me I could find tea at 3:30 a.m. before leaving.
