Additional rules:
- NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.

Pet fee: $50–$200 depending on the length of your stay ( per pet, per stay)

Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.

Keep pets off beds & couches → $150 fee for pet hair on linens.

$300 fee for unreported pets.
