Cozy and Chic

This cozy apartment is close to great food and nightlife in Dallas. The apartment was very clean with modern appliances. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Definitely felt like a home away from home.

Bathroom mold permeates the property

Place had a musty damp smell from first entering. Bathroom subfloor was so rotten, the tile was broken from the floor sinking when you step on it. When workers came to fix the floor, it uncovered mold under the baseboards. I had to leave early. Owner fighting me on a refund. Had to report to VRBO and health department. Outcome pending.
