Pros: The host was very easy to communicate with and ask questions. Quick to respond and professional in all exchanges. The location proximity to downtown is amazing. We absolutely loved being able to walk around downtown and not worry about renting a car. There’s plenty to do within walking distance of the apartment to fill two full days. The apartment was well equipped with toiletries and cooking supplies. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly for three of us to have our own space. Cons: You cant stay in the heart of downtown and not see homeless people. It’s just an expected part of the stay. There are plenty of security around to make you feel safe. But I did watch a drug deal as we were standing outside the front door. The other unfortunate thing that is out of their control is the smell of the building. It’s sort of a chemical/weed smell. And it unfortunately is strong throughout the apartment. It’s also not a smell you get used to after staying a while. This made the apartment feel unclean and uncomfortable. If you want a stay downtown and you don’t mind a smell, this is an excellent location.
