Welcome to Gigi’s House — a spacious, beautifully kept single-story ranch home on a rare half-acre lot in one of Frisco’s most convenient locations.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1,900 sq. ft., the home is ideal for families, small groups, extended stays, and summer travel. Inside, you’ll find an oversized living room with two large sofas and an additional sitting chair with ottoman, vaulted ceilings, and a new 55” Roku TV, along with abundant natural light throughout the shared family, kitchen, and dining spaces.

The home is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a primary suite featuring a new king mattress (2026), a spacious galley kitchen with full-size appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer. A 2-car garage adds extra convenience, security, and protection from summer hail.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large private fenced backyard, a covered patio for outdoor dining, a shaded deck for relaxing, and a new propane grill coming summer 2026.
