Experience Frisco in this brand new to VRBO - fully updated 3-bedroom 2/bathroom house in the downtown Frisco area.
The bedrooms feature high quality mattresses and bedding. Each room features its own ceiling fan. The bedrooms feature a king, a queen (w/adjustable frame), and full bed (w/adjustable frame) plus a cozy living room couch that will provide additional sleeping space if needed.
With two bathrooms, guests can enjoy a refreshing shower and even a bidet in the master bath for added convenience. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in both bathrooms with ample towels for your stay.
There's a fully stocked kitchen with ice dispensing refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster & electric mixer along with a variety of bowls, pans & utensils making meal prep easy. Some coffee & a few spices are also there for your use.
In the main living area, there is an armoire where we provide you with extra bedding. We have provided some puzzles, games & books for your enjoyment. There is a desk for working in the main living area as well.
The laundry room features a full-sized washer & dryer (some detergent & dryer sheets provided) and an iron should you need one.
The space feels tranquil, inviting, and is located in a safe neighborhood perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Directly behind the house is a fully equipped children's handicap equipped park for play. And downtown shopping & eateries are in walking distance. You're just short moments away from Universal Studios, PGA headquarters, Toyota stadium, The Star, Rough Rider stadium, the Shops @ Legacy, & Stonebriar mall & more! There is also a Farmer's Market open on weekends with a food truck court & great new restaurants in the downtown area.

We stayed at Christie location for about 4 weeks. We extended our stay twice because the Old Frisco location was perfect for work. There are some cool breweries and diners in the area. Very clean well-maintained home. Easy communication with the host.
