This house is the perfect location to walk to the square! It’s on a very nice, quiet street. It’s decorated so cute & Aaron was an excellent host. The few questions we had were answered so quickly and he was so accommodating. We loved the rocking chairs on the front porch too. Overall, great experience!

Best location in the sweetest area of McKinney

Such a great stay for our weekend in north Dallas for a baseball tournament. Plenty of space, location is excellent for getting to downtown McKinney which had so many great options for eating, coffee shops and some shopping. Hostess was so easy to communicate with, I’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful site for wedding celebration

We stayed here over the weekend and hosted a friends and family dinner in honor of our wedding. The house was amazing and flowed well. The beds were comfy and the linens soft and cozy. Everything was very clean. Aaron was quick to answer questions and provide info. Overall, we loved our stay!

The house was perfect for our event. We had a small baby shower for my daughter. The location was perfect, and the house was comfortable. The only issue we had was the downstairs shower did not work and the owner did not offer to fix it, so we could use it. We were only there for a few days, so it was not a huge issue. The backyard was not as attractive as the photos.

Downtown Gem!

This is a wonderfully appointed property about a block and a half from all that Downtown McKinney has to offer. The pictures are accurate on the listing but it cannot show how comfortable the home is and the host has thought of everything. This home is a charmer and even in a Texas summer the upstairs balconies enjoy wonderful breezes. We stayed at this listing while our new home was being prepared nearby but I would highly recommend a stay here!

Amazing Property

A beautiful home in an amazing location with lots of great historical houses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. We stayed here for Christmas and did a lot of cooking feeding the family. The house worked great for our needs and Aaron is such a gracious host. We chatted with him several times and appreciated his concern for both us and the house during some very extreme weather. I highly recommend this property and if we choose to spend time near this area again we will gladly stay here again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Charming rental in McKinney

I rented this home with my family of 4, my sister's family of 4 and our mother. We were in town for Thanksgiving and a family wedding. The house was terrific and fit the 9 of us easily. Then around 9:30pm on Thanksgiving we arrived back at the property to find we had no water. A quick call to Aaron and he was there in a jiffy to find a broken pipe in the yard. Being that it was Thanksgiving, a plumber couldn't get out until the next morning. Aaron understood that 9 people would require a bathroom, and with his apology for the inconvenience he put us up in a hotel for the night. As promised the plumbing was repaired the next day and we were able to return to the house for the rest of our trip. The house was charming and our family will definitely book again when visiting my brother in McKinney!
