We had a flight cancellation and had to find a hotel last minute. The Cambria was available, affordable and very nice and clean. Staff were super friendly!

The property is in a great location to the Southlake area. Nice staff. The rooms could use more blankets. When we got into our room it was set for 60 degrees and there is only a blanket and sheet for the bed covers. Needless to say it was freezing for a few hours. Currently, you need to request any service or ask the front desk for more towels, Kleenex, etc...

The people were really nice, and tried to be helpful where they could. The room was spotless and well-cared for. The room has 4 open shelves for clothes and no drawers, and a small amount of hanging storage which was too short for my wife's long dress. The desk is steel and is at counter height, with an uncomfortable stool with a badly-placed foot bar; there is no place in the room to work comfortably, and even uncomfortably, more than an hour is just impossible. The TV was mounted in a location that couldn't be viewed from any seat in the room at less than 45 degrees (but we don't watch much TV, so not a big deal). There was a rolling table, but it too wasn't at a useful height for any chair in the room. The shower curtain was short enough that water sprayed across the floor (the shower has no curb: it is flush for accessibility). Overall, whoever decorated these rooms needs to try and live/work in one of them for a day.

The room itself did not have a microwave but did have a fridge. The finishes where at one time probably nice, but are worn out, marked up, and in disrepair. The cleanliness during this time of Covid was a little concerning- coffee rings were left on small table and made you wonder if things were wiped down properly. No extra blanket or laundry bag. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean - I am very critical of bed comfort. Local area amenities were excellent. Check-in and check-out fast. Staff courteous and kind.
