We were disappointed in for the first time ever we had to pay extra for a accessible room . We had advised the staff my husband needed a walk in shower .We felt penalised because of disability . Age did reduce the price slightly but we felt it unfair

The umpteenth time I've stayed here on a driving stopover. Love the indoor parking, restaurant, sauna, pool and comfy beds. Unusually, I had an elephant on a pogostick staying in the room above, luckily they went to sleep before me, so all good.
