Dirty room, I cleaned bedding. Had to go ask for clean sheets! No hot water, air conditioner sounded like it was about to explode. I will never stay here again. The front desk host was nice and seemed to genuinely care that our accommodations were substandard at best.

Hanceville Quality Hotel stay

Pros: We picked this one because of being close to the shrine we came to visit
Cons: The items that were wrong with the room should be simple repairs
Location: The hotel is close to the shrine to visit, there is a variety of places to eat within walking distance.
For the most part our stay was very good. There was a leak from the toilet and their solution was a towel on the floor to soak up the water. The exhaust fan in the bathroom also didn't work so the bathroom was pretty steamed up. Check in and check out was easy and both ladies were very polite. The breakfast area had a good variety items and was clean. Other than the little items wrong with the room I would recommend this hotel, especially if you was going to visit the nearby shrine.

Great Hotel - Highly recommend

We stayed there 4/26/09 - It was obvious the bedding was new. Pillow top mattresses and big fluffy pillows. I've never stayed in a hotel that was so comfortable! Front desk staff was great. Continental breakfast was good, you can even make your own waffles. Everything looks brand new and is very nice. Great value for the money.
