Under heavy construction everything was an inconvenience. Some staff was very courteous but some acted as if we were a bother. Especially the night check in host he was very condescending. The “breakfast” was a joke. If we had known the state of the facility we would have booked elsewhere. Management should be ashamed of the way they marketed the resort. It was a horrible experience stay away from this disaster.

The golf course was closed. The restaurants and bars were gone due to renovations. Promised amenities did not exist even though the website said nothing about renovations-we were totally misled. The pool had no furniture. The fitness center smelled of mold as did the stairs and hallways. The furniture in the room was antiquated, as was the microwave and tiny refrigerator. We mentioned all this to the front desk manager and received a shrug, no apologies. We left a full day early than we planned and will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. The staff were mostly cordial but didn’t know where the fitness center was, or if the golf course was open or not-when asked the first day. New owners should be ashamed of themselves for even trying to keep this place open…….

Room was not ready when we arrived after 4pm. The room was reasonably clean when we got it but was cold. We turned on the heat and went straight to bed. Room was still cold next morning. Reported it to the front desk when checking out. Lots of renovations happening on property so hopefully it will be better for future guests.

They told me the room was not available and I needed to cancel. Then said, nevermind we found you a room 20 min later after I was panicking looking around. Then we check in and they say the hot tub was broken. Then we go to our room and the floors are thin as paper and there is no hot water in the shower. We woke up to construction noise, hearing everything above us, bought the expensive room with a “patio” only to find it’s a small shared walkway. Can hear everything down the hallway, back doors will lock you out of your room and building security doors were not working. Did not feel secure. Waste of $$$!!
