"I would like to thank Ariana that checked us in and was super kind and professional; especially as we were traveling with my elderly mother, she was very accommodating.. All staff was wonderful and helpful. We absolutely loved the breakfast, the chef was awesome, and so are the omelettes. Best breakfast ever, and service with a smile. Will definitely return in the future. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the North Shore Inn in Crestline. Saed and Abdul were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The inn is conveniently located just across the street from Lake Gregory, offering a partial lake view, and within walking distance to Goodwin’s & Sons Market and the charming small town. We loved the nearby Lake Gregory Fitness Trail that goes around the entire lake—it’s a beautiful place for a walk or jog. Staying here was a refreshing change from the typical hotel chain. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets beautifully embroidered, and the room was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The shower had excellent water pressure, and thoughtful touches like cookies in the room and a coffee maker with mugs instead of paper cups made our stay extra special. We also appreciated the umbrella on the balcony, which allowed us to enjoy the seating in the shade. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay—we would definitely return! "
