"Very quiet neighborhood. The parking space is a little tight, and I have a palisade l, though that is under the carport. There is additional parking space uncovered with plenty of space for larger vehicles. That all said, the process was easy, very responsive host, clean house with plenty of space. It was an easy drive for family weekend at WSU. Overall, wonderful stay, plenty of amenities for cooking and TV had plenty of options for entertainment. "

"This is an older building right downtown, but updated very nicely. The room was very large, with a nice sitting area, an extra bedroom and a kitchen. It was within easy walking distance of everything I needed. I would definitely stay again."

"One of the amazing places my family stayed on our 38 day road trip! The owners were phenomenal. They accommodated our late arrival and made a fabulous hot breakfast. The other reviews of the breakfast were correct - it is amazing! I had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice and a muffin. Another guest made waffles. The flavor of the day was red velvet. The owner told my family about a cool overlook, a hot spring and a cool wooden bridge along 12! We visited all three locations. The overlook gave a great view of town and the whole area. I got to interact with a few ravens and song birds on the mountain. The hot spring hike was a nice break out of the car. The spring was very warm and felt good on my achy joints. The hike was about a mile round trip. I would recommend some good anti slip full coverage shoes for the hot springs as it is a little slippery. Wear hiking boots for the hike as some parts of the trail can be slippery and steep. The wooden bridges along 12 were neat to stop at and walk across the river. It was a beautiful day to image the fall colors, river and bridges. My family and I highly recommend staying at Clearwater 12!"
