There was no visible signage that the beach was full off stinging Jellyfish . Neither was there any mesh to protect you from the stinging jelly fish. I did not know what stung me, so I went to a life guard for help; who sent me to the kitchen for vinegar to rub on my arms and leg. The kitchen refused to give me vinegar and sent me to the nursing station. The nursing station which had only one person looked at my swollen hands and foot, I was terrified because I did not know what bit me or what was going on internally in my body. She told me I got stung by jellyfish and sprayed a bit of vinegar on me, then said I should go buy Benadryl from their gift shop. I told her I needed to see their doctor since she said she cannot administer anything without a doctor; and I should pay some crazy amount upfront, and she will see if she can get the doctor. I went to their Customer Service Lounge where I asked for something to ease the severe pain and inflammation. I was told to wait, which I did for 35 mins before the lady returned with nothing. During this time another person came in and I requested for them to supply the Benadryl since they're responsible because there was no signage about jellyfish in the water. Had I known I would not have gone in the beach water. I am still waiting for this gentleman to return with a response from management. Another person tried to get me help. There's no functioning medical service. If you have any medical distress you are on your own. NEVER AGAIN

Water from pipe was smelly not sure why it had a sewage scent. Room before my upgrade was not properly cleaned and pillows smelled moldy. Food was delicious the best hotel food ever had. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Entertainment was 💯 the best every night started at 9-10 well done for the participants. Lidia and Monique from management team was very accommodating. Viola from housekeeping was very nice and helpful, Tyrik at pool bar made the best hummingbird drink. Jermaine, we bow down to you for decorating our room so super beautiful for our anniversary celebration, you did it with fine style clap clap you are a treasure employee moon palace is lucky to have you.

Customer service was good, food was ok in taste and variety each day however its a bit repetitive. Place was packed and with only 3 elevators on my tower we had to wait and since we were a family with a stroller we had to try and get an empty elevator most times which isnt easy. Customer service was the biggest plus for me on this stay. I cant rate the amenities like the flow rider etc because i didnt get a chance to use much overall for the 2 days i was there its ok i will go back without kids and for a longer time and give another review. I felt like i had to beg for the vip perk for late check in i kept asking..It was never confirmed. So we just left got the wine and the hotel credits which i wasnt gonna use anyway so in essence i feel like i didnt didnt enjoy any perks and yes they claim i got a room upgrade but it didnt seem like an upgrade to me. Just being honest. Big ratings to the staff though.

Very disappointing stay . The room service was non existent . It was taking an average of 1 hour 45 minutes , with constant chasing up and what ends up being delivered would be the lowest quality of food , inedible . Every complaint about the slow room service was met by - the hotel is very full. Like this is a strange thing or any of the customers business ? The Italian restaurant Gondola always claimed to be fully reserved and was never at half capacity all the time we were there The one thing we were all looking forward to eating , oxtail and curried goat was not on the menu till our last day ! Most of the staff were pleasant and smiley Not sure if this is meant to be a 5 star resort . More like a 3 star resort with a 3 star experience I made sure I complained to the relevant people , they kept promising they would make the rest of my stay amazing and that’s where that promise ended , in their mouths They had the audacity to try and ask for good reviews and even sell discounted holidays in their other resorts The others may look fabulous but if they have the same attitude to customer service what’s the point ! Rooms were barely cleaned properly . Just a quick run through . Customer services , the PR department were experts at listening with a look of sympathy , apologising and promising to fix issues but do absolutely nothing

◦ Abundance of jellyfish in the ocean, no matter which side you chose. Our whole family was stung on multiple parts of our bodies every single day along with others visiting ◦ Elevator wait times was horrible especially during dinner and check out times. One elevator was broken out of the 3 our whole 8 day stay ◦ General beach area one umbrella for every 20 lounge chairs ◦ Staff was a hit or miss ◦ Room service took more then 50minutes so we cancelled ◦ Game room isn’t that big for the amount of kids that are there ◦ Not enough entertainment shows one per night. The entertainment airing area was very small for the amount of people there ◦ Pools closed at 5pm when there is a sign says swim at your own risk without a lifeguard and they put chemicals in the pools at 6pm ◦ You can only make dinner reservations two days prior ◦ A lot of locals visiting on day passes ◦ A tremendous amount of kids and teens running around without adult supervision at night ◦ Game room closed at 11pm ◦ Resort credit is a scam. We were only allowed to use the resort credits on specific items in the gift shop. Mainly items that you would not want ◦ We only saw beef patties twice during our 8 day stay and they were mini ◦ Not enough staff in the Ice cream/coffee/pastry shop so lines were always long Positives ◦ A few pools to choose from which was nice but the main adults pools sometimes included kids ◦ The Flo rider ◦ The dolphin experience was great and it’s a plus t

I love everything. From the first time i walked in i was treated like royalty. I got the most amazing upgrade and it was awesome. The staff are top tier no complaints at all. Shout out to all the staff from the ent dept, the bar crew, cleaning crew , front office crew every single dept needs a shout out. Exclusive shout out to the guys at the flow rider, A wonderful young man that helped me to get pool chairs and umbrella who called himself Jabari (not sure if that’s right) l, Ob, and so many more thank you also to the beautiful young lady at the front desk that checked me in. I will be returning for a longer stay
