Hotel staff is very friendly. The room is very clean and spacious. Nice comfy bed with fluffy pillows. Only disappointing thing was the pool was being cleaned with chemicals being addedand not able to enjoy it however glad they take care of pool.

the elevators were not working for my entire stay there. The lower door handle that I had to use to get out on the 1st floor was missing from the door making it hard to open the actual door. Safety issue as well in case of an emergency.

Hotel issues

The hotel didn’t have any 1st floor rooms available was put in 3rd floor with no working elevator. The pool was under maintenance. The shower took about 5 minutes for the cold water to come out and the bathtub was dirty it had rust on it. There were guests on the 3rd floor who were smoking weed and it’s smelled all the way down the 3rd floor and stairs. I was not satisfied with the fact that I booked over two weeks ago and should’ve been informed of no elevator so I could make my decision of staying or not. Having to walk three flights of stairs with all my luggage was very tiring.

The 1st room we were checked into was 132, ut felt and smelled very humid inside. The very friendly, kind and professional assitant at the front desk by the name of Hilda was amazing, she changed our room to the 2nd floor and it was snd felt more dry and cleaner. My only dissapointments were that the hot tub was not in working condition, was inly 1/3rd of the way full and extremely dirty and the pool was muggy and dirty as well, you couldnt see through the water. The hot tub and the pool were the 2 reasons why I picked this particular hotel. Also the 3 printers in the business center were not working.

Unhappy customer

Drainage in bathroom tub did not let water flow. Had to unscrew the drainage button. Breakfast on weekend is 7a-10a, at 10am a lady came out of the kitchen & turned off the lights where everybody was eating. Someone asked what was going on & the lady said, kitchen closed in Spanish & picked up the coffee maker & put in kitchen. Pancake maker wasnt working. 1 coffee maker was down.
