This is one of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. It was super clean, cozy and felt like coming home each day. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. All the linens and towels were very nice. The hosts were quick to repspond. Very convenient to Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients and within an hour of Durango. There is a side window by the carport door that might benefit from some privacy film.

Wonderful update to a cute little 1950s-ish home ...the hosts have thought of everything! More than pet friendly our four legged babies had plenty of yard to explore and loved that there were blankets especially for them to lounge on the furniture just like home! Would highly recomend!

Very clean and accommodating. We spent time playing outside on the big back yard and enjoyed board games inside in the front room. We had a very comfortable stay cooking and preparing all our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Everyone was well rested thanks to the comfortable beds and clean linens. There was plenty of hot water as we all showered. The host was very kind and interested letting us know she was just a message away should we have any needs.

I would rate 10 stars if I could. Immaculately clean, very comfortable. We made a game of looking for something we could need and absolutely everything was there. Forgot a toothbrush? Got it. First aid? Yup. Spring water for your hike? 2 gallons. Thoughtfully curated and fully appointed. We will stay here again.

This property is perfect! It’s so cute, stocked with more items than most vacation rentals and it’s within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Communication was quick and Jamie was delightful! I highly recommend staying here!

Since we always take our dogs with us when we travel, this bungalow had the perfect backyard for them. They were in heaven!! Also getting them into the yard was very accessible!! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with huge trees for shade. We enjoyed sitting outside in the lawn chairs in the evenings. Inside the home, everything was super clean and so cozy. Jamie and Rodney thought of everything and anything that was needed for our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again.

Great week!

Very clean. Well appointed with many small touches that indicated the hosts really care. Stayed a full week with our loved elderly pet. He LOVED the back yard and we loved sitting out with him while so shared cocktails and cooked steaks on the grill. A perfect base for a full week of fun day trips!! Would stay here again.
