The (new) house was beautiful. It was well decorated. The pool was awesome after going to the beach!! Plenty of parking, nice furniture by the pool and in the covered parking area. The leasing company was very responsive. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice place BUT

A ton of construction on both sides of the house made it very hard to relax by the pool. There is not water (besides a man made pond) but the house is clean and new. A few things like door handles broke but we were able to fix them. The noise from the construction was very distracting and we wish they would have noted this in the listing. Otherwise, nice property.

Gorgeous home. Pool was fantastic kids loved it. Tons of cutlery and kitchen staples. Quiet neighborhood. Great decor. A few tips.. we visited in early June and the mosquitoes were terrible after the rain so bring bug spray. Bring pool/beach towels as they only provide bathing towels. When we visited there were two coffee machines (k cup/reg filter). The managment company supplies larger multi use shampoo/conditioner/body wash to reduce plastic consumption (awesome) so if you like special products that you use at home don’t forget them. Best vacation as family we have ever had!
