Disliked: Cleanliness
Pros: full kitchen, stocked with everything u need to cook a meal. Customers service on the phone was very professional and understanding However the pros stop there sadlyCons:Communication is great if you call, do not rely on the txt msgs through the app. If I got a response, it was hours of not days later. Cleanliness at the first apartment was awful. We vacuumed ourselves to pick up as much dog hair as we could, however once we got to the beds, that was another issue I couldn’t overlook. They moved us to another place, we had to wait about an hour to get the approval to move. But at least we got a much cleaner place.I was drawn in by the pool, which had a padlock every day.There was also quite a bit of homeless people around. I thought I was done with the disappointments, but after I left I find an extra charge on my card that I’m trying to get resolved:(
