Early check in is $ 60.00. We opted to check in at the normal time (4:00) but still had to wait as our room was not ready, but did not receive a refund for the wait. The hot tub was not working and the pool is in need of some repairs. If you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of summer, this is not for you. The hotel is in need of updating overall. Not worth the price

This hotel was so nasty. The carpet had stains everywhere. cleaning staff was very friendly. The ac was not working in the room so they had a maintenance man come in and reinstall a new one. Parking was a nightmare we had to scan a QR code. And the charge my card for a so called resort fee..

Family Vacation 2025

Checking in was okay, setting up parking not so okay. The English language is not a plus with staff. I had indicated that I was a disabled Vet at pre-check in as well as in person check in desiring a lower floor and received a 6th floor room. I indicated to staff at check in that I and my wife have problems getting around at which time I was informed "we have elevators". The elevators are small and slow. The morning of check out I intended to make coffee in the room and found only "decaf" where the previous mornings regular coffee was available. When I approached the front desk requesting regular coffee in place of decaf the clerk did not understand what I wanted and pointed to the coffee pot provided near the cafe/bar. Try taking 2 styrofoam cups to the 6th floor via elevator and then try to open the room door... The room was okay, the restroom was adequate but needs repairs in the shower and toilet paper holder tended to freewheel.

Over crowded, loud music, rowdy bar drinkers. It was like a trailer park had a baby with a Las Vegas hotel. The check in lobby was a hot mess as well. I never got in the pool because, yuck. The room was decent. The attached restaurant, The Anchor, was surprisingly good. I booked a room here because they allow pets for a fee. I won’t stay here again.

The price they charge does not match the experience. The lobby, dining, and outdoor patio, pool and bar is open to the public. So you can never enjoy the pool. People were staying across the street and walking over to the pool/bar area. The A/C in the rooms are awful, we had to set it to 61 and let it run to cool the room cool. Take my word this is not what i call a resort. Oh and the parking lot is open to anyone thats willing to pay.

Hotel looks and feels very run down, elevators feel like they’re going to break and are very small for how big the hotel is, and AC in the room does not cool down the room. Room was not very clean and there was sand all over the floor, we notified staff and they told us “that must be inconvenient for you”. Only good thing about this hotel is the beach front and the restaurant in it. That’s it.
