House keeping came in the second day and made beds thru trash away only by the desk and cleaned everything off of the desk including Souvenirs that I had bought for myself and family members. Don’t know if they were stollen or thrown away! Not happy at all about the situation. Hotel compensated me for two days of my stay which I appreciated that but know o feel like you’re not safe leaving your property in your room. Trash was not empty in bathroom and there was trash by the microwave that wasn’t thrown away. So I don’t know why my stuff disappeared other than sticky fingers!

They do not clean your room , no new towels unless you let them know in the morning. We were not told that . After a long day to come back to a dirty room with no towels, coffee , full trash cans. The breakfast is the same price rather you want a full breakfast or just a boiled egg or oatmeal.

This was our first time staying here st this hotel. I like that there was keruig coffee machine in the room so next time i can bring my own amd coffee mugs. The pool and sitting area was nice the pool needs to be a little bigger compare to the photos on the site. Need more lighting in the room. One of the elevators were not working and got a snack and the donuts were spoiled woth a horrible smell. Need to keep updated snacks. But other than that we had a good stay.
